If for any reason whatsoever you are not completely satisfied with either the pager(s) or our service, simply return the pager(s) to us (undamaged and with all original documentation) within 14 days for a full and prompt refund.
Exchange Policy
Within the first 30-days we also allow you to exchange your pager for a different type or switch to a different network. You only pay packaging/postage costs and the price difference between pagers, if applicable.
Prices
Goods are charged at prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
Any complaints received will be dealt with promptly and thoroughly (we will reply within 5 working days).
