The Rental Paging network have undertaken a review of their services, operations and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery ('BCDR') plans to assess risk and review any possible impact from COVID-19.
They do not currently anticipate any impact or potential impact on their service provision.
- They are providing guidance to staff regarding travel
- Providing guidance and facilities for improved hygiene
- Putting in place plans to support further home-working where required
We appreciate this is a fluid situation and will be continuing to review and provide updates as necessary.

The Paging Network have advised us that customers may experience longer than usual ring-times when calling the paging bureau.
Where possible, we ask that customers limit their use of the paging bureau and instead send pager messages via our free web send portal: https://www.pagers.co.uk/pages
