Network Issue - Update October 15, 2018 16:37
BT have identified the root cause of the intermittent direct dial paging issue at their exchange. A part has been ordered to be received later this evening and the work will then commence to replace the faulty component. Once we have received confirmation from the Network that the issue has been resolved we will provide a further update.
