Network Issue - Not fully resolved October 17, 2018 18:43

The Network have advised us that the intermittent direct dial issue has not been fully resolved by BT. 

They have seen a reduction in the amount of calls affected, but on occasion callers may still experience “this service is not compatible”.  

They have escalated this back to BT and we await an update.  

Paging via the Call Centre on 0333 200 5022 and via Connect accounts and Web-Send are unaffected.
