We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. However you may instead send us a cheque, in which case please allow 5 working days for cheque clearance, or provide your payment details over the telephone.

If for any reason whatsoever you are not completely satisfied with either the pager(s) or our service, simply return the pager(s) to us (undamaged and with all original documentation) within 14 days for a full and prompt refund.
Within the first 30-days we also allow you to exchange your pager for a different type or switch to a different network. You only pay packaging/postage costs and the price difference between pagers, if applicable.
We know how important it is for you to get your pager(s) as quickly as possible. That's why we make every effort to despatch your pager(s) the same day your order is received*. Orders are shipped either via Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery (both charged at current Royal Mail tariffs).
* N.B. Please note that our Rental Pagers require connection before they can be despatched. This involves us having to contact the relevant Network (during working hours) to allocate appropriate numbers, activate the pager(s) and carry out operational testing. In some cases this can delay despatch until the following working day.
Goods are charged at prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated). Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
